Well ... who ever accused GM of making a "perfect" car? I never did!

• And ... YES ... they have been overcome!

From the infamous differential gasket issue to the missing body mounts goof, these cars aren't without their own individual "personality". But hey ... every make and model has their own quirks and glitches the owners have to deal with. And ... YES ... we have ours too.

This page is dedicated to identifying and fixing the "normal" common issues as well as the not so common. Listed on the right column is a wealth of information. The SS Handbook is priceless! Thanks so much to Karl Frost for puting it together! I've printed out 3 so far. Each one has been "dog-eared" and grease smeared beyond readable. But, you can tell from the damaged sections, the work I was doing at the time.

Then there are the Links to the various Forums as well as Tony's Garage. These are indispensaible. If you don't belong to one of the Forums, you'll be in the dark. They add a wealth if good sound information from people who've had their cars for some time as well as some new ideas from the "up and coming" SS owners.
